Products From Paradise is a family-owned farming business located in the Central valley of California that specializes in growing Cactus along with other fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables. We are passionate about providing our customers with high-quality products that are grown with care and respect for the environment. Our goal is to be organic and sustainable, using natural methods and practices to protect the soil, water, and biodiversity. We believe that farming is not only a way of making a living, but also a way of making a difference. We are looking to introduce Cactus to a broader audience and educate them about its benefits, as well as expand our customer reach via CSA and farm stands. Eventually, we wish to create a one-of-a-kind agritourism experience in the CA Central Valley. Cactus is a very useful and versatile crop so we want to maximize its potential by creating and selling a variety of products utilizing it. We also want to help normalize sustainable and organic farming and encourage others to do the same.

Darlene Ruiz

Darlene Completed a Bachelors of science at the University of California, Davis and a masters in agricultural education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She serves in an administrative role and has a passion for sustainability, small farms, food equity and agri-tourism. She is approachable, adaptable, professional, bilingual, and a forward-thinker

Denise Ruiz

Graduated from Mills College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business. She also earned her Master of Arts in administration. Her concentrations are in Business-marketing management, Multimedia Productions, and Journalism. She is artistic and intuitive. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, holistic well being, and mass-communications

Salvador Ruiz Jr

Has worked in the agriculture business since he was a teenager. He excels in logistics, building customer relationships and maintaining sales and negotiations. He is a jack of all trades helping out wherever he can. He is family oriented and maintains traditional values while keeping an open mind. He is a hard working compassionate individual serving his community.

Salvador Ruiz Sr

The head of operations, he is proficient in irrigation, tractor driving, farming/harvesting and management. He has incredible work ethic and has been involved in the agricultural field all his life and has a strong passion for it. He is a visionary who has always wanted families to have access to healthy and affordable food.

Silvia Ruiz

Mother and business owner, she is as reliable and hardworking as they come. She is a crucial part in making sure operations run smoothly.
